SDPI Online Account Recovery

Forgot Password needs only the account identifier. The reset link is sent to the Registered Recovery Email already stored in CRM. Forgot Login ID keeps stronger verification.

You do not need to remember or type the recovery email. The reset link is sent only to the Registered Recovery Email already stored on the exact active account. The newest link is valid for 60 minutes and can be used once. SDPI never emails your existing password.
Student: Registration No. + registered email. Staff/Admin: registered mobile number + registered recovery email.
Security: this does not change the email and does not send a reset link to the new address. SDPI staff must first verify the account and approve the correction. After approval, use Forgot Password again.
